Helen is an NHS Community Nursery nurse, working alongside Health Visitors. It was through this role she saw first-hand how many families across Aberdeenshire were going without items they desperately needed. In 2016, Helen set up Bairnecessities baby bank to try to help.

Aside from her NHS position and her role at Bairnecessities, Helen is also a dance teacher, and is Mum to 3 children.
